If this "Winner" does not respond within 3 business days of the notification, they forfeit the prize, and it will be offered to the second selected "Winner." If, after 3 additional business days, the second "Winner" does not respond, they forfeit the prize, and it will be offered to the third "Winner." If the prize is not claimed by the third "Winner" within three business days, the prize will not be awarded. Note that GAFY and its partners are NOT responsible for the delay in, or lack of, notification receipt, and by entering this contest, you indemnify GAFY and its partners from any and all damages related to this contest.
