GAFY
Garments
At GAFY, all of our shirts are
made of the highest quality 100%
cotton (except the men’s Hoodie
which is a 90/10 cotton/poly
blend). Depending on the
style of shirt, GAFY men’s
apparel is offered in sizes from
XS to 6XL, and women’s apparel
is offered in sizes from XS to
Plus 2X. All our garments are
pre-shrunk and color fast;
however, please allow for the
fact that some shrinkage may
occur (typically about half a
size).

Process
Thanks to recent breakthroughs in
the Direct Printing industry, GAFY
is able to offer its customers the
finest image quality available.
Advances in pre-treatment, ink
quality, and dark-garment printing
has made it possible to produce a
product that is as good, if not
better than, silk screening
(historically considered the highest
quality garment printing process).
As a result of these new advances,
and after extensive washing,
stretching, and abrasion testing,
GAFY has determined that its Direct
Printing process results in images
with the highest degree of clarity,
vibrancy, and durability possible.

than normal, so it is important

Color Accuracy
Although GAFY has made every
possible effort to accurately
represent the colors of its
images, due to variable display
quality of computer monitors, it
is impossible to guarantee the
absolute accuracy of the image
viewed on the website. The
resulting garment and graphic
colors you receive should be
very close to what you see on
your screen. Please keep
this in mind when selecting the
color of shirt for the
individual graphic, and try to
resist combining like-colored
images and shirts.
If for any reason you are
unhappy with the resulting color
combination, we will be happy to
offer you an exchange, but
only if shirt is unwashed and
unworn. Please see
the FAQ Returns section for
further details.
Washing Instructions
To ensure maximum durability and
colorfastness, always wash your
GAFY shirt
inside-out in cold water without
bleach. Air drying
your shirts is recommended.
If you tumble dry your garment,
leave it inside-out and use a
low setting on your dryer.
If you must iron your GAFY
shirt, take care to iron only on
the reverse side of image, and
never iron directly over the
image.
SPECIAL NOTE: The GAFY
printing process employs a
pre-treatment that may be
noticed on your new garment.
The area surrounding the graphic
printing (the exposed garment
material) may appear slightly
shiny or discolored. This
pre-treatment residue is normal,
and will be completely removed
after the first wash.

Orders
We have made
every effort to make your online ordering experience as simple as possible.

How to Place an Order
GAFY only accepts online orders. Follow these simple
steps to place an order:

Browse through our collection of great designs and
double-click the design of your choice. You will
be routed to a page that allows you to build the shirt
you desire (style, color, size).

Using the drop down menus, select (in order) the shirt
style, color, and size. As you change the options,
the image of the shirt will update accordingly.

Once you have selected the desired shirt, enter the
quantity of shirts (of that particular design, style,
color, and size) and click the "Add to Cart" button.
You will be routed to your
shopping cart, which will contain the newly-added
product(s).

At this point, you can either continue shopping, or
click the "Checkout Now" button to finalize the order.

Upon proceeding to Checkout, you will be prompted to
login (if you are a returning customer) or register for
a GAFY account (if you are a first time customer).
Upon completion, select the "Submit" button.

Verify your shipping address and order total, enter any
coupons or discounts you may have, then select a payment
method.

If you are paying by credit cart, enter your account
information at this time. Click the "Continue"
button. (If you are paying by PayPal, your will be
re-routed to their payment site.)

Within a few minutes, you will receive an email from
GAFY confirming your order. (If applicable, you
may also receive a confirmation email from PayPal.)

For UPS shipping (if available), when your order is shipped, you will receive another
email which will include tracking numbers and a link to UPS.com allowing you to check the status of your shipment(s).
At any time while you are shopping, you can view the content
of your Shopping Cart by clicking on "Cart"
on the upper right hand corner of the window. From
within your cart, you are able to modify quantities, remove,
and view items.
All prices are in US dollars ($).
We accept four major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.
Inaccurate billing and shipping information may result in
delayed or potentially cancelled orders.
NOTE: Adjustments to shipping information after final
order confirmation and payment may result in additional

Volume Discounts (Wholesale Orders)
GAFY offers
wholesale volume discounts on orders
of 50 or more shirts. Due to
the custom nature of bulk orders,

"Volume Discounts" as the subject).
Be sure to provide as much
information as possible concerning
the nature and size of your
prospective order and someone from
GAFY will get in touch with you
concerning your request.
Just like all of our products,
wholesale orders will be custom made
to your specifications. You
are free to choose from all of our
styles, sizes, colors, and designs
to create you own assortment.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY IN "LOTS"
like you do with most wholesalers!
Sales Tax
GAFY has operations within Illinois
and Arkansas, and therefore is
required to charge all customers
with billing addresses in Illinois a
9% sales tax, and those in Arkansas
an 8% sales tax. This tax will
be automatically added to your bill,
and you are able to view the total
tax prior to confirming your order.
Order Status
You can view your order status by logging
into your account. Visit your GAFY
shopping cart:

Next, click on the word Login (in the
upper-right-hand corner). View the
status of any pending orders as well as a
full history of your past orders.
Minimum Order Quantity
There is NO minimum order quantity
at GAFY. Every shirt is
manufactured at the time it is
ordered. We are proud to be
able to offer our customers the
ability to order just one shirt or
thousands--all custom made to cater
to your tastes.
Order Corrections
GAFY provides
our customers with multiple layers
of confirmation prior to approving
your order. In the event that
a mistake is discovered after the
final order confirmation has been
made, we will do everything we can
to correct the order prior to
shipment. Please go to the

page and enter your order number and
the details of what should be fixed.
There is,
however, NO GUARANTEE that GAFY will
be able to correct the error prior
to the shirt being manufactured
and/or shipped. The customer
is ultimately responsible for all
confirmed orders and will be charged
a $10 restocking fee and all
relevant shipping charges if the
product is returned as a result of a
customer error. SO
PLEASE VERIFY THE STYLE, SIZE, AND
COLOR of desired shirt. Also,
take note of our

as some styles run a size smaller
than expected.

Returns
At GAFY, we have a great deal of pride in every product we
sell, and we strive to fully satisfy every customer.
The design of our website minimizes confusion and errors,

Measurement & Size Chart
helps ensure you get the fit and feel you are expecting with
every purchase. In the event that a product is
defective or you are unhappy with a purchase, GAFY does
accept returns.
Our return policy follows very strict and non-negotiable
guidelines. Please take the time to fully understand
which category of return you qualify for, as there may be
a cost associated with your return.

In all cases, GAFY will only accept returns within 45 days
of the purchase date, and all merchandise must be

Shipping

Domestic Shipping
GAFY currently ships to all locations
within the United States. GAFY
CAN ship to PO Boxes, but only
via USPS.
Expect to receive your orders within
7-15 days from the date of your order.
Within the 48 contiguous States, it is
likely the shipment will arrive within
10 days of your order.
All packages are sent via
United Parcel Service (UPS)
(if available)
or
United
States Postal Service (USPS).
At this time, there are no other
shipping options. Please be sure
that you can receive packages from the
chosen carrier,
or you may be required to pick up your
order at your local UPS Customer Service
Center or Post Office.
International Shipping
Currently there are no international
shipping options. GAFY is in the
process of enabling international shipping.
Please sign up for GAFY’s newsletter to stay
up-to-date on developments concerning
international shipping and other exciting
events.
Military Addresses
GAFY can ship directly to military
addresses. Since the format for
military addresses can vary, PLEASE
verify the shipping address appears
correct before finalizing your order.
Remember, GAFY is NOT responsible for
shipments once they have left our
shipping center.
Shipping Costs
If UPS shipping is available,
shipping costs are based on the
shipment weight and the zone in which the shipment’s
destination zip code falls.
(All UPS rates are the published
ground rates.) USPS
shipping costs are based on the
quantity of items purchased. To determine
your exact shipping charge, you must
proceed to checkout within the GAFY
Shopping Cart. Generally,
shipping one (1) shirt is $3.00, two
(2) shirts is $5.00, and three or
more shirts is free.
Per-shirt shipping cost decreases
as quantity purchased increases
(see examples below).

Shipping Delays
There are many circumstances that
could delay your GAFY shipment.
These items include, but are not
limited to: holidays, back
orders, payment problems,
unrecognized or incorrect addresses,
etc. We will do everything
possible to ensure that there are no
delays in delivering our product to
the consumer; however, there
are some items out of our control.
If your shipment has been delayed
due to garment unavailability, GAFY
will send an email to the address
attached to the order informing you
of your options.
If your order has not arrived within
15 days, please send GAFY an
information request via the
Contact
Us page.
NOTE: Be sure to include your
order number for reference.
Rush Delivery
GAFY creates your product after order
submission. This allows us to
offer you nearly 100,000 different
products (SKUs). This flexibility
does, however, minimize our ability to
provide over-night and other expeditious
shipping options.
At this time, all orders are shipped
via UPS Ground
(if available) or USPS. No other shipping
options are available.
We are confident that allowing our
customers to order any of our designs on
any style, color, and size of shirt
makes the additional few days well worth
the wait.
Shipment Tracking
1)
All customers who choose the UPS
shipping method
(if available)
will be sent an email once
their order has been shipped. This
email will contain UPS tracking number(s) and a link directly into
UPS.com, providing customers very
quick access to the status of their
shipment.
Please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) for
additional shipping information and
instructions. GAFY is unable to
assist with any shipping support once
the order has been transferred to UPS.
2) All customers who choose the USPS
shipping method will receive an email
notice from the USPS Click & Ship
center. This email will contain a
link to
USPS.com.
Please contact USPS (1-800-222-1811) for
additional shipping information and
instructions. GAFY is unable to
assist with any shipping support once
the order has been transferred to the
USPS.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address is
provided with the order (and is not
corrected prior to shipment), the
customer will be billed a $10
processing/restocking fee and all
related shipping charges, PROVIDED THE
ENTIRE SHIPMENT IS RETURNED TO AND
RECEIVED BY GAFY.
If the customer provides an updated
"correct" address after the initial
package delivery effort fails, and GAFY
receives the return shipment, the
customer will be charged a secondary
delivery fee (based off the standard UPS/USPS
rate) in addition to the initial
shipping fee to allow for delivery of
the order.
If it is determined that the customer
provided GAFY with an incorrect shipping
address, and the shipment is never
returned to GAFY, NO REFUND WILL BE
GRANTED.
